Mr Seow Chin Heng Adrian is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of BBR Holdings (S) Ltd, appointed on 5 May 2025 to succeed founding CEO Andrew Tan. With over 18 years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment strategy, and asset management, he previously served as Head of Singapore and Southeast Asia, Real Estate at Schroders Capital, and held senior roles with Savills, JLL, ING Real Estate Investment Management, and DTZ.
Mr Seow Chin Heng Adrian was also an Independent Non-Executive Director of BBR from August 2022 to October 2023, giving him deep familiarity with the Group. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from RMIT, an MBA in Finance, a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance from NUS, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Recognized as a Senior Accredited Director by the Singapore Institute of Directors, Adrian now leads BBR’s strategic management and business development as the Group enters a new phase of growth following its strong performance in FY2024.
